Laksa Noodles The famous Malaysian spicy soup noodle dish. The soup can either be a rich, curry and coconut milk base or a sour "Asam" base. We slowly simmer halal chicken bones for over 8 hours to get a rich, flavoursome broth - the perfect base for all of our laksa. Spice level-ask for Malaysian (if you like extra-hot) or Standard (a decent kick without having to pop your collar).
