Laksa Noodles We slowly simmer halal chicken bones for over 8 hours to get a rich, flavoursome (and not to mention nutritious) broth - the perfect base for all of our soups. Laksa is a famous Malaysian spicy soup noodle dish. The soup can either be a rich, curry and coconut milk base or a sour “assam” base. The most popular in Malaysia is the fish-based Penang Assam Laksa (the “assam” or sourness comes from the tamarind and sour mangosteen).
